Moving towards our third generation, Underground Pipeline Construction, Inc. is a family owned and operated business which was started in 1984.   We specialize in sanitary sewer, storm sewer and water installation for municipal, commercial, and residential markets.  We are capable of doing new construction as well as rehabilitative work.  We have recently expanded our services to include on site crushing and hydro-excavation.  Our portable crushers allow us to crush material such as concrete, asphalt, stone, and gravel on site to make removal and or recycling of the material more efficient.  The addition of our Hydro-excavator helps us to locate existing utilities quicker and more efficiently for our crews as well as other contractors.  With the addition of this equipment we are one of the only contractors able to utilize all three of these facets of our company to make us safer and more efficient while helping save costs and the environment
